So I'm really not sure why this album gets shit on so much! Sure it's a little more "hard rockin" and fun but DAMN is it catchy! And some songs are still classic Priest heavy(RECKLESS!!!). Anyone else, besides me, really like this album?? _________________ bands:

the album is pretty fuckin' terrible. Reckless would be the only fairly good track, in my opinion.
Ram it Down was a good come back, though ! |

Horrible in every way, total sell-out. Big disappointment in my teen yrs when that came out.
only 70s Priest is what I listen to anymore.

Not their strongest but some great tracks like Turbo Lover, Wild Nights and Parental Guidance (oh yeah!). It is a perfect album to listen to when you are out cruising in your car on a hot summer day, or night for that matter.
Ram it Down on the other hand, is just awful. The title track is good, the rest is crap.
I really prefer their seventies period. Nothing beats Sad Wings, Sin after Sin and Stained Class. Not even British Steel And Painkiller comes close. |

Painkiller is OVER RATED!!!!! Gets so boring so quick.
Stained Class is the best Priest release hands down. Defenders is high up there too!
I just recently heard Point Of Entry and I liked that one too. Anyone else? _________________ bands:

Point of Entry has 3 good songs: Heading out to the Highway, Solar Angels and Desert Plains. The rest is either boring or bad, like You Say Yes.
And the album lacks energy and the production is not good. It sounds sloppy in a way. |

Turbo is a TERRIBLE album and one of the worst albums of the 80s. |

I like the title track.
But other than this and a few other cuts here and there, only 70s Priest is real. _________________ https://professorblack.bandcamp.com |
