Got Unlock the shrine 2xLP (despite having the OG die-hard version), skipped on Rain as I have the die-hard version, and bought the die-hard version of the new 2xLP + a shirt.

The Ruins of Beverast is probs one of the best BM bands around for me personally... Can NOT wait to blast this'un...

What are The Ruins of Beverast like? I'll check them out if they're worth a listen... name always made me think they were some sort of NSBM band when I first heard it.

I have the die-hards of the first two TROB records but I think I'll pass this one...50 fucking euro's + postage is a lot of money for one new record.

It's 40.

Nekrokunt_Usurper: listen to UNLOCK THE SHRINE as well. Whole different kind of beast.

You won't regret it, though. TROB is an outstanding project in today's Black Metal-market. I hate to think about the fact that I'm broke as fuck and therefore won't be able to purchase those re-presses, yet. Hopefully they manufactured enough of them to saturate my needs for VYNIL!

I haven't heard Devil's Blood yet, actually... Something a person would like if he were into RoB, late BaN, Ph'D, late DSO, and all that?..

Edit: and I do realise there are big differences between these bands but you'll kinda get my point I hope... I like 'modern' BM...

Well, it's not Black Metal at all so there is no adequate answer to this. If you are into 70s-rock with psychedelic aspects you should definitely give it a listen though.

Dude - just type the band names out, it's annoying trying to decode your post. (Deathspell Omega is the one that jumped out at me.)

Anyway Devil's Blood is NOT black metal. It's occult/Satanic rock. They have a host of influences, just go listen to one of their better songs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kjcBgl40dGQ
