I made an order from Germany and it's been almost 2 weeks since it was marked as delivered on the labels webpage, but it hasn't arrive altought usually I get packages from there within few days. I got a code for it, but it starts EU4916XXXXXXX and not DE12345678 like usually. Any germans know if the coding system there has change or something?

Hermes is another post office here, yes
But to my knowledge it doesnt say anything like this
Then again, the last time I sent with Hermes around the EU was like 1, 2 years ago

Hermes tracking number never starts with EU or something like that. The just have numbers like: 491480x83xx

And believe me, Hermes usually need about 14-20 days, even to a close country next to yours. Sometimes they just need 3-5 days, but usually more. There are many facts for that long time...

Ok, thanks for the information, I'll just wait then.

Now that I think, this is the first time I used registered mail from the store, now I know not to do that again.

Count me in. Guess they just have a lot of orders coming in. I've also been waiting for couple weeks a packet from Fagonia so WTC is really not that high on my worried about-list, haha.

was just told shipping didn't start til the 8th and WTC had around 400 orders - so I guess that's why the parcel is slightly late!
Never had any problems with their service - so I'm not worried....

hehe, I'm waiting for my WTC order as well, from the begining of june I think. but I'm not worried since they sure are reliable.

and I have just checked and my code also starts with EU4916...
btw, is there a way to check the status of the parcel on line?

To tell the truth I try to avoid Hermes when possible. They are really slow sometimes. Deutche post is much better imo.
