I haven't listened to Sventevith in well over a decade. I used to enjoy that album quite a bit. I lost it one night after a Grafvolluth rehearsal. I almost remember drunkenly giving it away.

Sventevith is my favourite album from this band. Grom is quite good too, after that, just rubbish over polished garbage!

Definitly everything up to Grom is great. Grom is a decent album too. A bit boring at times, but still a very good album. Anyone remember when Rob Darken played keys?

when?

Rob Darken (Graveland) contributed keyboards on this demo.

Well, yes, I thought you mean he plays on Grom. Actually they never even met eachother. Darken submited these intros by mail and Nergal used them. During that period they were friends and later Darken freaked out with his Nazi ideas and Behemoth chosen the more commercial way so they parted.

I like pretty much everything but don't really like the direction they took after Demigod which was awesome safe for the layered vocals. From what I've heard of newer songs, it's worse.

I like how history has been revised so this is now a "demo."

It is a demo. The fact that it was soon later on cd doesn't change the fact that it was conceived as a demo.

I like how young people swallow everything they read on the net and don't trust those who had access to first hand info back in the day.
