OBSCURITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No one from Treblinka formed/went to Nifelheim! The Nifelheim Brothers just did one gig with 2 of the old Treblinka guys.

Ha I was just about to post the same thing.

Seriously if it's old demo's etc. you're after a very good starting point would be that new 3cd Swedish Death Metal compilation that came out to accompany the book.

Dark Abbey (best Swedish Dödsmetall demo in my ranks)
Absurd demo (in the top 5, better than the 7" soundwise!)
Curse (2nd best Swedsh Dark Deathmetal demo)

Traumatic demo/7"

Fuck yeah! Obvious one, but still worth being mentioned anytime.
There was an awesome compilation with Mayhem and loads of Swedish death bands in 1991 or so, you either know or will like it. Includes Therion, Tiamat, Entombed (I think), Merciless, Nirvana 2002 and more.

I'll add TRAUMATIC. Essential stuff, someone should do a full discography of them, as these songs on Distorted Harmony & Projections of a Stained Mind compilations are NOT enough!

Totally essential. However, the CD version is far superior, since it has more tracks from certain bands.
