Recently seen an announcement for upcoming vinyl (re-)issues of "In the Forest of the Dreaming Dead" and "Ancient God of Evil". Supposed to be available in Summer. Regain Records' in charge. Well, as they really haven't proven a good hand with vinyl re-issues so far I'm wondering if you already know if the vinyl comes remastered like the CD re-issues and if there'll be major changes to the layout.

Thank you.

Speaking of Regain vinyl reissues, what the hell happened with the Marduk vinyl reissues? Did an America distro ever get copies, as I never saw anyone carry them. Sad

I almost wish that they would come up with a new cover for In the Forest of the Dreaming Dead.

Just noticed from Metal-Archives that the demo sold 3000 copies back in the day. No need for a vinyl press then heh. What's it like?

Agreed. The coverart is simply not good.

Well, I've seen worse covers than the original. But the one on the right is new to me. Looks like some kind of german euro disco cover.

The one on the right was done by Pavement Records who also butchered the Sarcofago INRI cover.

It seemed like they were preparing new cover art for the CD reissue of In the Forest... and it looked pretty cool.

Always hated those album covers. Didn't do the music justice.

Pavement releases (or re-releases) were always shitty, not only the cover and frequent misspellings , but also the quality of the whole thing.

Musically this stuff sounds similar to other melodic black/death metal stuff from Sweden that didn't age very well, even if Unanimated was one of the first ones to copy the ATG style.
