I am mainly looking for stuff in the vein of Akitsa, Malveillance, Volahn, and Ash Pool. Raw Black Metal with Punk influences, some noise salted through-out but not overly used, you know the drill. I have heard Bone Awl and have a few of their releases so please don't suggest them.

I also like the folk inspired Raw Black Metal bands such as Forteresse, Marblebog, Heretic Blood, Uno Actu, Draugurz, Gris, Hate Forest, Drudkh, Horn, etc, etc. Anything in this vein would be appreciated.

Lastly some more "atmospheric", and occasionally experimental stuff like Urfaust, and Menace Ruine.

Not to be generic or anything, but By the Blessing of Satan, by Behexen is charred rawness at its best.

Great album. I like Rituale Satanum better though.

Great suggestion, and one of the top BM bands today (atleast, in my opinion). I haven't not loved one release by them, except I think the demo tracks that were rerecorded on Rituale were better on the original MC. I'm anxious for their next material.

I've really been into Odal lately, check them out if you have not. Great raw BM.

Yea, but that is more aimed for Crust influenced by Black Metal. So basically I just want "Raw" Black Metal with this one, and the "punk" comparison was really all I could come up with at the time for Akitsa and the like. Scratch that and just gimme Raw BM.

Check out ISKRA, I think they'll have the vibe you're looking for.

Malveillance is quite good. You can also check Stella Polaris, Furdidurke, Bone Awl, Hammer, Ashdautus and Ovskum. All good shit.

I don't listen to much raw BM anymore, but when I was into it I liked the album Ansia from the Italian band Tundra. It's kind of typical but I enjoyed it quite a bit. I recommend it.

You might want to check out ANCESTORS, but you might find it so close to BONE AWL that it's a bit redundant. The vinyl's even on a hardcore label (Youth Attack).
