So with this slow/shit economy how well are you doing in moving (i.e. SELLING, not trading) copies of your releases?

Can't complain, things are not that bad as far as I'm concerned.

Things cannot be too bad, the Teitanblood LP lasted at Ajna, what a day maybe ? Razz
Appears this economic low has not stopped albums for moving at higher value via ebay either yet. But then again...

...well, the same old story always remains the same, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer, nothing really new I guess. Wink

I am surpised though that DSO Manifestations 2002 is still at Northern Heritage, maybe no wholesale was not a great game plan during this phase of economic decline ?
I think orders are probably sticking closer to home these days than the random global distro shopping of yester-years maybe.
All my best guess though. Confused

Label/mailorder has been doing fine.
Physical store has decreased about 40% in 6 months though.

Great label ! I've made an account at your webstore but shipping fees for
vinyls are killing me! Evil or Very Mad

As far as I am concerned I still give my normal amount of money for records.I am cutting my other expenses.

I was wondering about that too...maybe NH just expected that LP to be another one of their super kult releases...except they printed twice as many of this as they would have back in the day, the hype around DsO is nowhere near what it used to be, etc...

Odd decision, I bet they stay in stock over there for a long time.

Well, they will eventually be sold out. And if every now and then a customer buys maybe a couple
of more lps along with the Deathspell Omega, it's not a bad idea at all from NH I'd say.
If it was a new album I think would have sold faster though, which is logical.
