I hope people just jumped on "colored vinyl" (new Luror) before reading, that the black vinyl is the limited one this time
Maybe it's a typo, but that would be great... |

They do but fuck it. "Yggdrasil" is a great demo and "Hordanes Land" is also available on black vinyl. |

I think I will ebay the original Hordanes Land, so which of the two versions should I get? BOB one is good quality? Is the Blut & Eisen limited to low quantities? Can't be sold out already.
Does they have booklets of any sort? |

I did the same, got a great amount of money for the original. Bought the BOB one, it's good. Gatefold, nice vinyl, nice sound, some extra linear notes.
Yeah, the picture disc is more limited and on an 'underground' label but fuck it, just look at it. Logo cut-off and shit like that, cheap effort from B&E and for once I prefer BOB. |

I'd always prefer the black vinyl. |

The BOB version is decent. Do not expect much when it comes to presentation though, just a collage of old photos plus an biographical note written by the band. Be sure though that the vinyl sounds good. |

I think I will go for the BOB then.
I prefer black vinyl over picture discs. It's just that some of the earlier BOB releases left a lot to be desired when it comes to quality, but everybody (including you) keeps saying that they are doing good job nowadays.
The demo release is limited to 250 if I remember correctly. Have to get that one as well before it's sold out. |

Im quite satisfyed with the recent black on black releases. Seems they have improved.
I have the picDisc of Hordanes land, but I prefere picdiscs, as long as they have outer covers. |

Yes, BOB did a great job this time, it sounds perfect. And I don't see what's wrong with the presentation?! It comes in a gatefold jacket (the original didn't), the artwork looks good, there are liner notes written by Ivar & Grutle and some cool old pictures & flyers. People expect too much these days. No, there's no 40 pages booklet, no patch, no sticker, no button, brrrrr.
The B&E pic disc comes with the exact same gatefold jacket except for the fact it's printed on glossy cardboard. |
