Gorod Dyt (Dit?) "Nastanet Etot Den" Demo 1989 from Russia is a personal favorite. I surely got it from here:
http://metalrus.ru/groups/177/post-view/23996

but this says 7 tracks and I have 22 tracks and 2 other demos too.

found this GREAT video via RYM

andanother, though these are more thrashing instead of the great doomy sound they had at times.

Oral - Sex (1985). Sleazy all female group from the UK that only released this lone EP. Raw high energy metal in the vein of Motorhead and Girlschool, which is no surprise because supposedly Lemmy taught the guitarist how to play. Precursor to Abigail as the sluttiest band ever.

A demo that should go over well is the Black Mass Demo from supposedly 1983, deep in the Canadian underground. though for conversation sakes lets just say the 80's, do not know where that date came from as I have never seen a jcard nor found out much info about this demo, I searched for this fucking thing for a long long time until it finally showed up on T-mag one time and made my week when it did. Originally shared from a good friend in Portugal.

Great song titles too:
1. 1000 Doors Of Death/Ritualz In The Dark
2. Slave Beyond The Grave
3. Worldz Of Fire
4. Black Swan

I like the 70ies horror/psych flavor to their sound, cool haunting vocals. Surely a promising demo, too bad nothing came out of it, else this might have been Canada's answer to Death SS. Thanks for sharing. I think I like the crazy 10 min monster "Black Swan" best, but "Slave Beyond The Grave" is such a classy Halloween-stomper too.

I was expecting to read 5. Winds of the Black Godz.

I always loved Inner Sanctum's 12 A.M. The songs themselves aren't bad, but the main reason I like it is the actual sound, and I wish more Heavy/Power metal bands went for rawer stuff like that.

One of my favorite of the ultra obscure underground demos from the Pacific Northwest is the mighty Beer On Tap "Bang Till You Bleed" 1987 Washington. Here is one song from it:
