Was just thinking the other night if there has ever been a harmonica used in metal, or BM in particular?
Maybe Panopticon have had some in their recordings somewhere?
I found the didgeridoo in AMSG's Hosti Universi Generis pretty wicked and well used.

Any other suggestions?

not sure if this is what you are looking for, but Ozzy played harmonica on the first Black Sabbath album.

Nokturnal Mortum regularly use a whole gamut of weird old Euro folk instruments that I barely know anything about. So then

In the same realm there's some odd instrumentation on those old Anubi recordings. Banjos in Lugubrum for an obvious one.

Botanist is a metal band that uses a Hammer Dulcimer. Crazy instrument and very beautiful music.

No. let’s not go there. I agree the voice is an instrument, but let’s just keep the conversation to “real” instruments
besides, Ohara Yoshihiko is a fucking brute when it comes to metal vocals

+in obvious Helheim's "Jormungand"

Maybe djembe & maraca in latest Ithdabquth Qliphoth MLP would fit the request as well, though it's belonging to "metal" is arguable.
