Can't decide between Return to Dust and Incendiary. Both monumental. The Unburiable Dead is incredible too. Let's just say this band is an unstoppable riff machine and leave it at that.

I can also attest to them being one hell of a force on stage. Even in a tiny Mexican restaurant.

Spinning Return to Dust now, forgot I even had this. I certainly haven't given them the respect they deserve, monstrous stuff. Chucks quite the picker as well.

I could go either way between the first two full lengths. Voted for Incendiary because I think it's a bit more solid, but Return to Dust has my favorite AK tune in "Firestorm Redemption".

Veneration is a damn good covers album too, and I usually have no interest in that type of thing.

Return to Dust for me.

Have never seen them live. I live in Florida and they've never played down here. Of course, that would be a different story if I lived in a place like Chicago, where Ares Kingdom play all the time, it seems like.

Hands down, one of the best bands out there today. The entire catalog is exceptional. As many have noted, they really shine during live performance. If ever there was a band in need of a well-recorded live album, it is Ares Kingdom. Even a live in studio record with a selection of the band's best tracks from all releases would be incredible.

I only really enjoy Return to Dust, everything else just feels a little bloated.

Failsafe - cannot be recalled
Flee to nowhere - death consumes all
Return to the earth from which you crawled
Return to darkness - return to dust

Voted “Return To Dust”, but it’s all great. This band also has one of, if not the best guitar tone in heavy music. Haven’t had the pleasure of seeing them live yet!

Voted Incendiary but any one of them is head and shoulders above most bands, criminal how ignored they are in the grand scheme of things

The Unburiable Dead for sure, that's some old school brutality right there.

It's a pubic hair's width between 'Return to Dust' and 'Incendiary' for me.

I did do a live album as part of the Onward//Ascendant pic LP set. I still have some of these sets in stock.

Voted for Incendiary, but it felt like choosing between your own children. I can't praise this band enough. Probably my favorite band next to Pentacle. Flawless discography which is jam-packed with killer riffs. An unstoppable force on the stage.

I usually (as in: almost always) dislike 'impressive' lead guitar stuff. Chuck's playing however flows so naturally that he's always 'in service of the song', where most others play just to show off their skills. Skills which often don't come even remotely close to Chuck's.

The fact that the new album is somewhat close to completion is some of the best news that I've heard this year. Very much looking forward to hearing it and hopefully see them scorch European soil again soon. Hail Ares Kingdom!
