qestion: are there 500 copies alltogether or 500 copies of each colour?

Are you sure there's blue and green vinyl ?
Mine is something like splattered green/blue/grey !

John told me it was limited to 500 all together, I think.
Not sure but something like 400 black + 100 colored

"Blasphemous Cremation"
CD Necroharmonic 2008 Sleazy 024
question: it sounds almost too good. Was it remastered or remixed recently or is it exatly the same sound as it was meant to be released as split with Amorphis? Was it really for that split? I read in one interview that only two songs were planned for Incantation/Amorphis?

Roy of NH told me it is the original sound.
The split with Amorphis was supposed to be a LP,
so only 2 tracks look strange.
I think "Blaspemous cremation" is the Incant side and
the Amorphis side is their 1993 MCD "Privilege of evil"

That is exactly what it is. Essential to anyone who worships the Pillard era. In line with "Upon The Throne Of Apocalaypse" which is 10 times better than "Mortal Throne...".

I have most of Pillard's "Blasphemous Cremation" copies still shrink wrapped for sale. I'm selling them for him. $12 each + shipping.

You are crazy! Mortal Throne of Nazarene is so much better produced.

MC self released 1990
questions: any information needed. Desperately want to hear it!!
/quote]

I heard this its not really a rehearsal its just a live tape with Paul Ledney on drums and vocals. Not so bad but not so great. Its a hellhammer cover and 2 other songs.

I like both versions, but the muddiness of Mortal Throne really suits the album I reckon! Especially in the doomy bits!

The muddiness worked until "Upon The Throne..." was released. That is the original recording and track listing for what turned into "Mortal Throne...". Regardless, both crush 99% of any Death Metal created by any band..... ever.

In January 09, an issue of some garbage toilet rag, (Revolver?) is doing a huge (10-15 page apparently) feature on "Onward...". Interviewed all members that were on the album, rare pics, information etc.

a question for those who know (and straying a little bit from the original topic): Was there ever a vinyl release of disciples of Mockery? "prelude to apocalypse" is a dead-set DM classic - if it was never done, someone should!!!!
