That FORM HUNTER (New Forces) tape just made it into my year's top 10. Highly recommended for fans of crushing scrap metal abuse.

Noise Receptor Journal Issue no.6 - cover released

Substantial work on Noise Receptor Journal has been happening behind the scenes throughout 2018. While the final elements are being completed, the cover of Issue No.6 can now be publicly released, featuring collage artwork by Dominick Fernow.

As for content, the new issue will include:

-: Interviews with: Death In June (exclusive), Prurient/Hospital Productions, Kevlar & Detrimental Effect
-: Detailed article on Genocide Organ’s :CIVILIZATION:, with pages of archival images of the group
-: Detailed report and photos of the Tesco Organisation & Cold Meat Industry 30th Anniversary festivals
-: 70+ detailed review
-: Review section collage artwork by Dominick Fernow

The magazine is currently targeted to be released in late November/ early December, with pre-orders likely to be announced in the coming week.

Look out for further updates soon.

Im a total n00b with this shite, but what are some artists that use a lot of the heavy brown note phaser sound, like some of the Mandy soundtrack / The Void soundtrack...? some dismal shit. does that make sense? idk.

Well, it is already just on one year since the last, and with the general plan of one issue a year it is coming right on track! Also thanks for the compliment. The mag is 100% me alone, and while each issue sells well/ sells out, I never hear much of what people actually think of it.

Was searching for some somewhat memorable, esoteric and borderline metal stuff in this vein and Four Armed Death Wheel seems right up my alley.
They have their full discography for 12 USD or so in their bandcamp.
Being a newbie, would you guys recommend them?
