Too many to mention here, below just a couple of examples.

This is not a front cover photo, but can be found from the booklet of Magog Agog. I wonder why this P. Emerson Williams did not put this, or any other of his numerous good paintings on the cover? The one actually used on the front cover is nothing special.

I like the simplicity of this Barathrum cover, and it fits perfectly to the title. The one on the left is from the booklet, a bit hard to see the details, because the picture is so small on the booklet. Would like to see more from this J. S. Kerman.

The Black Sabbath is a total classic. Also the Sigrblot cover is great.

Hey, it's certainly no Bone Awl, that's for sure.

That fucking Sabbat cover is KILLER. One of my favorites I've seen lately.

Those paintings in booklet of Barathrum's Infernal truly are very cool looking! Hopefully that upcoming vinyl version will include 'em.

Some of my favorites ;

ALL Branikald & Paysage d'Hiver releases
First four Mortiis albums (original artworks, not for example that horrible cover on re-release of Crypt of the Wizard)
Slaughter - Strappado
Wormphlegm - Tomb of the Ancient King
Most Spear of Longinus releases
Mayhem - Live in Leipzig
Hellhammer - Apocalyptic Raids

etc.etc.etc.etc.
