The act of "listening" to music is really just a series of chemical and electrical reactions in our bodies.

I don't want a wire in my brain but I would definitely try injecting "No Sleep til Hammersmith" if that becomes an option!

I don't see this format going far. Why would people want something that, if you keep the case around, takes up just as much space as a CD, and if you don't, can probably lost easily. No one is going to favor this over the physical formats or the mp3s.

I hope it doesn't succeed. Pretty pointless idea.

Even if it does, the CUNTPACK DISKKK MANIAXXXE cult labels will rise up.

I don't see how it is going to make buying music cheaper or more interesting for the downloading crowd anyways.
Wouldn't more production and manufacturing go into one of these portable USB sticks anyways ? ...thus costing the consumer more in the end ?
The potential capacity of one of those sticks makes no sense for an albums worth of music either.

Really in the end, it is no better or worse than the actual cd, I assume personally that this is a new measure being taken to try and force the market to buy new playback platforms, like a new cd/USB stick crossover player etc etc

I am surprised that they have it cased in a regular sized cd case, most people that listen to the mainstream music from what I see care less about packaging, and most of their cd's just all end up in cd binders and the cases and booklets are trashed.

Withing the next decade I'm sure CD's will be completely eradicated except within underground music. You can already go into major retail stores and buy flash drive "albums". It's just a flash drive full of mp3's of the album and the artwork on digital format. Everything is viewed on the computer.

It's completely impersonal, soulless, and lacking. Suits the modern age human well.

Yes no way its going to succeed. It's like the small retard brother of Ipod which can only hold music files and cant do else. It will end like the MCD

Indeed it does!

Honestly the successor to the CD is here and its called mp3 downloading. At the end of the day, most people don't really care about music anyway, even if they pretend to. Rolling Eyes
