Isn't that the turd monster from Dogma? Terrible film - Mallrats 4 eva.
Not sure if this fits in worst or best cover. I did have to carry this around a market the other week after buying it-

"Shit Demon" or Golgothan. It was my first "taste" of Kevin Smith's work in 1999. It has nothing on Clerks or Mallrats though. Everything else is meh or total shit.

The design isn't bad at all but it would look fucking amazing hand drawn. A lot of photoshopped covers are like that - decent ideas destroyed in execution.
