Is there any truth to the rumour that Mameli belittled Pestilence's fanbase in an interview with MTV just around the time "Spheres" was released? If there is can anyone post it online?

C-187 was pure shit but luckily not released under the PESTILENCE moniker so I can still give them one more chance Cool

Sorry for my ignorance but what does belittled means?

Good news. That cover art is atrocious though.

Why the fuck does every old band, that reunites, seem to forget that they used to have awesome cover art?

Just a minor thing that bugs me but I'm so sick of the new-school photoshop bullshit. Mad

I'm with you there! I can barely stand photoshop! Only one or two good artists that do it like Dave McKean. Most of the time I think its just a pile of shit!

Yuck. The cover "art" work is really terrible. I'm pretty sure that I'll just stick to the first 2 albums as I did until now...

It is not a minor thing. Cover art/whole layout is a very important element of an album.
"New-school bullshit" makes me sick, too.

I was just about to say the same about the artwork! Testimony had fucking awesome artwork, why couldn't they go back to Seagrave? That photoshop stuff looks awful! I've no problems with photoshop as a tool, but it isn't for metal artwork.

I really don't know what to think or expect of this, sure C-187 wasn't Pestilence, but this isn't really Pestilence either! Still, I will wait it out and give it a chance I suppose!

I have enjoyed everything they have put out, including spheres.
I 'll have to pass on this one and pick up the new Cynic instead and I haven't even heard a note of it.

I'm guessing this is goind to be over produced shit that sounds more like chugga chugga metal like the last Demigod CD. Yes the cover is horrid.

I don't have high hopes for the new Asphyx either. At least they're probably still killer live.
