In Black Metal these are the first that come to my mind:

Bathory - s/t
Bathory - The Return...
Bathory Under the Sign of the Black Mark
Darkthrone - Transilvanian Hunger
Deathspell Omega - Infernal Battles
Mayhem - De Misteriis...
Nocternity - Onyx
Katharsis - 666
Inquisition - Into the Infernal Regions...
Sargeist - Satanic Black Devotion
Taake - Nattestid
Teitanblood - Seven Chalices
Urfaust - Geist ist Teufel
Varathron - His Majesty at the Swamp

I would add:
Burzum - Hvis Lyset Tar Oss
Celtic Frost - To Mega Therion
Celtic Frost - Into the Pandemonium
Darkthrone - Panzerfaust (probably my Darkthrone favourite with A Blaze...instead of Trabsilvanian Hunger).
Kvist - Far Kunsten...

I'm considering a Watain release... some of their material is nearly flawless.

Remind that this an-only Black Metal list (that's before some retard failure loser start personal attacks). It would be interesting to add one for Death Metal and another for Thrash... but I'm still thinking about that.

You're probably dying anyway from some venereal diseases, seen your sexual preferences. So I agree with you, nothing to worry about.

There's no need to list the albums everyone knows, I'll mention a few perfect albums that somehow went unnoticed.

Darkmoon - Seas Of Unrest
Annthennath - States Of Liberating Departure
Псалом 666 - Символ Веры
Nekrist - Dux Deus
Pactum - Summa Imperii Satanae 666

A few typical things in there. Some of these bands have other albums I think are near perfect, but I'd say these are the tops for me.

Iron Maiden - Powerslave
Virgin Steele - Marriage of Heaven and Hell Pt 2
Manilla Road - Crystal Logic
King Diamond - Abigail
Judas Priest - Sad Wings of Destiny
Judas Priest - Painkiller
Black Sabbath - Master of Reality
Paul Chain - Alkahest
Candlemass - Nightfall
Woods of Ypres - Against The Season
Woods of Ypres - Pursuit of the Sun and Allure of the Earth

Big fan of 'ItP' here, and I've even managed to listen to "One in their pride" without skipping, but calling it flawless is just too much for me... once again, this is my opinion and my opinion only.

This album has some really good riffs in 2-3 songs, but as a whole it's not flawless at all.

It's not so easy to define a flawless album in my opinion. We can consider it as an album with only outstanding tracks, but I prefer to consider flawless an album that, in its plenitude, doesn't have a flaw. Simply: without anything that is out of place and thus can be considered outstandind in all its integrity, a masterpiece (being it a cornerstone of a particular genre or an experimental piece of art). In this second sense Into the Pandemonium is flawless.

Can't get all the sense of humour in that. Just mediocre and arrogant. I can't see a single post from this guy that goes beyond that.

I suppose it's a matter of taste. Wink I would not change a single note on that record.
