cheers to all of you Smile

Still some Cogumelo stuff is missing. And please read the last sentences where I tried to describe the (non-existent) numbering scheme.

Was the Sepultura/Overdose split picture disk the only picture disk they've done? Was it official?

I think Black Vinyl was official, Pic was a boot. At least what I heard from someone else, so unconfirmed. And yes, it looks like this was the one and only Pic-LP they ever did.

I'm skeptical about the pic disk being a bootleg because the insert for it is pretty much identical to the black vinyl version. I don't see any hint of it being a reproduction from a scanned image.

I love this site... very helpful information, plus when I'm bored I go and track down missing info. Fun for the whole family!

Thou, I am unsure, but the black-vinyl LP is from 1985, the Picture LP is from 1991 or something. Again, needs confirmation.

Maybe it is called Bootleg, because Cogumelo re-pressed it without permission by the band(s).

Yeah it is possible. It looks too good to be a bootleg, but maybe it was done by a fan. It was definitely done in Brazil though. You can tell by the quality of the pic disk itself. Well worth owning regardless.

I have heard and (always) thought its bootleg. At least in the 90s it was quite common opinion among vinyl dealers in Germany.
