This could have gone on the Officially Retarded Ebay thread, but check out the major rip off committed by the subject of this thread, namely this nobo561(no longer a registered ebay user) after listing so many collectable vinyls in one last do or die scam.

this fucker ripped me off as well, thankfuly for only $30 but still sucks Mad

Wow, I don't think I've ever seen so many negative feedbacks with one person!

Some of these people got ripped off well over $100. What a Jew.

he ripped me off for 130$ which sucks a lot... today my claim ends and I hope to get my money back as he didn't respond... I hope he's not closed his accounts as well as he did with his ebay account.

He's not dead, he just did a huge rip off ramp!

He had so many rare vinyls and earned good money, motherfucker!

If someone opens a paypal claim, they can get their money back. Is this only if the funds remain in the paypal account or are paypal able to withdraw funds from the user's bank account for the purpose of sending refunds?

xactly... if his account has zero founds, you won't get anything... if he closed his account you get nothing as well.

Haha, wow. If you go through his feedback right to the beginning of his rip-off actions he had a bunch of $1000+ items like Macbooks and Sinn watches that he ripped people off with.

completely wrong if you are in the usa. it may be different overseas, but here if you win a claim paypal deducts it from the scumbag's account, even if there is insufficient funds. paypal funds, checking, whatever. you get your money back if you were ripped off and I've had it happen to me plenty of times

That's how it works for UK users at least. I don't think PayPal even has authority to withdraw funds from bank accounts though. I lost $30 to an American this way. The claim was found in my favour, but it was just a perfunctory judgement since I got nothing out of it.

Unfortunately I got this from paypal:

After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer
Complaint described below.

We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds
from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery
of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

Please know that we will make our best effort to recover the funds in
question if they become available in the seller's account in the future and
will take appropriate action against the seller. Such action may include
issuing a warning, a temporary restriction, or terminating the account.
Keep in mind that PayPal uses a number of factors to determine when to take
action, including member complaints. Due to privacy laws, we cannot discuss
the details of any action taken. We hope you understand our policy and that
it assures you that you are safe using PayPal.

I guess he closed his account:(

You can't close your account when there is a dispute/claim going on. Also his ebay account is more than likely closed by ebay and not by himself. Weird he withdrew some money from his paypal account (as sztorm75 can't get a refund), but not all (as Iron tyrant did get a refund).

chances are he finished all the money in his paypal account, so the first to open a claim were the first to get a refund. Thank hell I'm a suspicious guy after all.

Was that "The Lost Peel Sessions" LP? I've heard it's pretty hard to find, can anyone confirm?
