Totally agree. I will choose not to comment on the new album, however that painting on the front cover is astonishing! Who painted it? Zbigniew M Bielak?

So far my faves are:

De Profundis (great chaotic parts and vocals)
They Rode On (great piece with Bathory-like atmosphere)
Wild Hunt (Very nice atmosphere and after 3 minutes, Bathory-like atmosphere again)

And it's not like the other songs are bad, the "single songs" they published first are the worst for me, too much safe-play there, but on some parts of the album there are great production-tricks done by Tore, they remind me of Funeral Mist - Salvation a bit, not because of the music, but because of something you're not expecting to hear.

Pretty spot-on! Got it a couple of days ago, yet didn't have time to play any of the box's content until today! I hardly get goosebumps when it comes to new albums nowadays anymore, let alone after first listens, but some parts on that album are ridiculously good/talented/mature and whatnot sounding already, especially on the title track! The box itself is obviously pretty sturdy, as it accidentally fell a couple of metres from my cupboard some minutes ago and didn't get damaged in the slightest! Lucky and impressed at the same time, pfffff.... Confused

P.S.
Truth be told, I even liked the bonus stuff on both 7"s!
