I'm looking for good compilations of Noise/Power Electronics etc. artists hopefully ones that don't cost an arm and a leg. I already have basic knowledge of the genre, and already heard White Eye of Winter Watching and Around the Dragon's Broken Neck Hangs the Medal of Saint Lazarus. Can anyone recommend stuff along the same line?

X means not welcome. Great straight edge power electronics comps.

I will recommend you two compilations from 1982 that truly are great representations of what power electronics and other industrial nichés should be about.

Für Ilse Koch(Come Organisation)
Neuengamme(Broken Flag)

Released on the legendary labels of Whitehouse and Ramleh respectively. Both of these compilations are featuring very well-known and more obscure acts all delivering unique sounds while making a great collection packaged under the aesthetics of these labels. The mandatory nazi and occult document tracks are also to be found. Alright, enough talk... Listen for yourself.

the White Power comp is one of the most important power electronics releases IMO, but obviously with that name you can't purchase it on discogs

https://www.discogs.com/Various-White-Power/release/137858

go after any comp released by the finnish Freak Animal or Filth And Violence, mainly Hated Perversions and Nyrkki & Kyrpä I and II. top notch shit

There’s a great series on Skeleton Dust called “Contemporary Harsh Noise”, 5 volumes and they’re well curated.

I second the mention of New Forces, there are two great comps, Coalition and Resistance And Self-Destruction Are Synonymous - basically this is the best label running right now and you should track down whatever you can.

There’s a great comp on Cold Meat called Nihil that can be found pretty reasonably on discogs - IRM and the like, well worth checking out.

There’s a cool series called Untergeschoss which has a ton of great Finnish noise, noisecore, PE. I have two volumes, all are worth your time.

"At The End Of The Rope"
Not sure who it's by but that's what got me into noise/PE. Bought it at a show, might be worth looking into.

Edit: just looked it up in discogs and there are a couple available. Released by Chondritic Sound who also have some available on their website. The Deathpile track on it is insane.
