CYT - Configuration of a Yearned Twilight

I'm pretty sure they use an electronic drumkit.

D.D. Crazy played drums on the early Sarcofago releases, although it's very possible they were a case of early drum triggers being used, as the drums are really synthetic sounding on INRI.

I don't think there is a drum machine on that album.

There is. When they were recording the album, Sauron's drum set couldn't fit into the small studio so they were forced to use drum machine. It's very well programmed anyways!

Wow, I did not know that.

INRI always sounded like really heavy gating to me or early triggers, either/or, definitely not a machine.

Easiest way of telling that Thy Mighty is a machine is that their actual drummer was sloppy as hell and could've never laid those tracks down.

Epicus has a great, natural drum sound, don't see how that can be mistaken for a machine, they just used gating and shit profusely back then...sadly forgotten now.

Godflesh always had great programming, especially on Streetcleaner.

Also I've always thought Destroyer 666 " Phoenix rising " have a drum machine even if they said deceiver is the drummer . just listen to the drums carefully .. It's strange

I always thought the same. They used an electric kit not a drum machine though.

What about this Destroyer 666 album ? Maybe Master throne , who have indirect links with the band , can confirm if yes or not it's a drum machine . Strange to have doubt on this band , but really the sound is so special , and the playing is ... too perfect . Really I think it's a drum machine .

I'm pretty sure those are electric drums... Mitch Harris told them to try it or something?

Well, I don't have a clue about that at all. S. Berserker is the man here that could answer to it.
