You sold me so many demos that I still haven't gotten through most of them. They got boxed up shortly after I got them from you. I really need to organize my metal room.

Warhead Records! I knew it was an Australian label. I remember seeing their flyers long time ago.

Superb band, supported Morbid Angel on first or 2nd Oz tour I'm pretty sure, not that I was there as I was a jealous poor kunt stuck in NZ! Musically not a million miles away from MA/Florida DM but REALLY fucking good songs, esp on first 2 albums in my opinion. Revel in Blasphemy didn't leave my stereo for an age when I first got it. Must've driven my flatmates mental. At end of CD the album repeats backwards, and still sounds really good!! Like some of the other great Oz bands if they'd been from any of the booming scenes at the time they would've been one of the leading bands of their style I reckon. Their side project Motorhead tribute band was fuckin excellent as well

I remember seeing them around '93 I guess it was with their second singer Moyses who was this little guy with a huge voice. Really catchy and heavy I think the Motorhead influence came out at least in the manner that their songs had dynamic etc. Def one of the best Australian bands of that time... esp as it was pretty much just DM bands at that stage. Armoured Angel, Acheron, Necrotomy etc. Of course Corpse Mol were happening then and BW not long after, but in the '91-'93 era DM ruled here in Melbourne ha ha.

I wasn't so keen on Misery later on, though even as a three piece they really killed. I forget the guitar players name, but fuck he played some crazy fuckin' riffs. Good to see there is still some enthusiasm for them...

One of the 1st live shows I saw, had Misery supporting, It was Morbid angel and Sadistik execution in 92? Both demos are excellent, I remember the Astern diabolous demo blowing me away when i first heard it, the whole package was just fuckin dark!!

A necessary evil was also a great release. Towards the end of their career ( if ya want to call it that) they were one of the tightest bands around. Damon (bass/vox) now resides with you blokes somewhere in the states

Another great demo from Brisbane around that time was Obfuscate Mass. 1 demo ever recorded called Confused Darkness. Also the Crypt Excruciating agony demo and S/T Mcd are worth a spin too.
