apparently the LP's are more rare than unicorn shit. I'll try my luck bidding on the cd. the 2 on 1 cd seems like it comes around enough, i just thought there might be a store or distro with it.

This is one that needs a proper reissue. What did the original cover art look like? Was it the killer piece of art with the demon holding the crucifix? I'm surprised the shitty one that ended up being used didn't get them sued by Iron Maiden.

edit: nevermind, got the info.

I have the reissue Lp here and the original '92 Grind Core cd ... I could consider selling or trading the cd.

Keltic Records re-released SPECTRUM OF DEATH/DESTRUCTION SYSTEM on cd a couple of years ago. There's a dispute if memory serves me correctly if it's a bootleg or not. I think one member approves of it, while another doesn't, or something like that.

There's supposed to be a proper CD reissue coming from Power Play Records, but I haven't heard any updates on it for a while now.

EDIT: I just cheked, and there was an update a few days ago:

8.15.08

The booklet for the Morbid Saint "Spectrum of Death" CD re-issue is being assembled now and the entire project will be sent to the manufacturer at the end of August. Manufacturing will be completed in September 2008 and the CD will be released shortly afterward.

We realize this is a highly anticipated re-release and are doing our best to get it ready as soon as possible. Thanks to everyone who has sent e-mails inquiring about the release. It will be a reality soon.

Is that their second album on the CD reissue? I've never heard it before.

The No Colours reissue of this was not all that great.

The Keltic Records one had it, and I believe this one (which is completely official as far as I'm aware) should have it as well. Here was the original announcement:

12.31.06
Power Play Records has reached an agreement with EDGE RECORDS (and Morbid Saint) to
officially re-release the 1988 cult thrash metal classic:
MORBID SAINT "Spectrum of Death"
The MORBID SAINT 'Spectrum of Death' CD re-issue is slated to have a brand new look, including: all new artwork throughout - including a redesigned cover, revamped booklet with additional photos, new liner notes - with a special retrospective from the band's former manager Eric Greif (known for his work with the legendary metal band, DEATH), new-look cover, and re-mastered audio...plus a possible BONUS SURPRISE for the release! Stay tuned for more updates about this killer re-release!

I assume that the "BONUS SURPRISE" would be Destruction System.

I have the Rerelease (lim.300) LP and also the
Keltic Records re-released SPECTRUM OF DEATH/DESTRUCTION SYSTEM cd for trade.

I'm looking for some Pentacle (Holland) stuff.
