I wonder if any U.S. distros will stock this. If anyone knows, please give a heads up, thanks!

Anyone?

The only one I know of that was getting copies is WORHT but he said all theirs are spoken for. You'd best hit up Tour de Garde or the label itself or risk missing out Sad

I'm expecting a bunch of stuff in the mail but this tape is one of the ones I'm most looking forward to. I'm going to play the hell out of it when it arrives.

What was the issue with this release in the past? I remember someone said that first press CD or vinyl release is speeded-up compared to the original demo?

Original tape version on Isengard has a pitch issue. Not sure what went wrong, maybe mastering at the pressing plant but it plays faster than what it should.

CD and LP reissue has the speed fixed, and so does this new tape version.

Anyone know how the drums were done on the recording? they sound almost like v-drums at times or a drum machine, but i can never put my finger on it.

My dub from around 2001/2002 definitely sounds better than this tape, but it was a direct dub from the original recording. A lot of that stuff has been lost over the years, more than likely. Fortunately the reissue still sounds good enough, you aren't losing massive amounts of sound quality or anything.

It sounds exactly the same as the CD to my ears.
