Sold out show, the venue holds 500.
It sold out the day the tix went on sale actually...the St. Vitus show sold out in 10 mins.

IMMOLATION: Were absolutely amazing. Better than the show in June with Napalm Death and Cannibal Corpse. Great crowd response. What can I say? NY's Finest indeed!

CARCASS: I'm 40, so I saw them about 4 times in the early 90's. Then I saw them in 2008 and thought that night was the best I had ever seen them. No, the best I have ever seen them was LAST NIGHT. They played so well and killed it so much, for real. The new drummer is a fucking beast! The new 2nd guitarist another beast. Jeff's voice was spot on, and Bill Steer is THE BEST GUITARIST in DEATH METAL. There, I said it.

A #41 debut on Billboard, great new record, love of the fans.
Welcome back indeed!

Setlist:

1985
Buried Dreams

Captive Bolt Pistol
Corporal Jigsore Quandary / Forensic Clinicism - The Sanguine Article
Ruptured in Purulence / Heartwork

Lavaging Expectorate of Lysergide Composition
Keep on Rotting in the Free World

Playing only intro for one of their best song is a serious offense.

I was at this show and agree it was amazing!

I managed to record one song from each band but I was pretty far away. Sound is decent though, for anyone interested:

Are all American crowds so mild these days? At least tear it up for Immolation. I saw Immolation twice in two different countries and rabid crowds were integral parts of the experience.

It is clearly a Nuclear Blast tour. Hell is the opening act. All three bands are on Nuclear Blast...

I'll probably bite the bullet and go anyway, but this already tastes foul.

I'm really not sure honestly. I usually just chill out and watch the bands play.

When I saw Brutal Truth at Saint Vitus, the hipster esque crowd just stood there while me and another guy raged. Same thing happened to Immolation in CT.
