I Adore UK punk from late 70s and early 80s. I mean bands like THE BLOOD and INFRA RED , BLITZ . And I think these bands still had influence on early Heavy/NWOBHM scene. I mean there were topic about RAC / Hatecore scene. But all these bands music wise were HOPELESS.

Partisans Police Story/Killing Machine 7" is the 'don't entry' for this genre. Mandatory.

BLITZ is good.

bur, which bands do you mean? ALL ?
including
Brutal Attack? White Pride? Bound For Glory? Aggravated Assault? Landser?

Right now, for Brit punk, I am digging a lot of The Damned. I used to really dig The Clash but the more I know about their politics, not so much now.

Laughing I used to work with Blitz before Nidge died- you'd probably not want to listen to them too if you knew their politics...

Crisis. And not just cos of the DIJ-connection. And yay to Blitz.

Really dig Flux Of Pink Indians, though I guess they were a little late on. 'The Fucking Cunts Treat Us Like Pricks' is stellar.

Rudimentary Peni is the real jewel from this era,
Conflict
Chaos UK
Disorder
Amebix
Cockney Rejects
Anti System
Antisect
Discharge
English Dogs especially the thrash metal period
Broken Bones
personally I never got on with Blitz or Vice Squad, but each to their own...
