I know I've asked tons of stupid questions to distros/labels in the past, which is probably why I try to be as patient and gracious as possible to each inquiry that comes in at Fragile Branch Razz

Having been on both sides here as many of us have (customers of distros and runners of distros), I came up with a pretty decent solution. You tend to get the same (or similar) questions over and over, so I created a document with several typical answers with links if answers were contained on the site. That way, just cutnpaste a whole bunch of emails. The FAQ suggestion is also crucial.

And yes, if you want to run a business run a fucking business. Don't kid yourself that you're above the customer. If you have that kind of attitude, eat a bag of dicks.

One way to possibly cut down on unneeded emails is to specify somewhere on your distro website which country you are located in! The customer may already be familiar with the shipping rates of that country.
