Sounds great so far - prefer the later material actually.

Falling Monuments is more interesting, but this is still very intense (fell onto one knee)

Yeah, the production is perfect and the drums sound fucking great as usual. "Messiah for the Dying World" and "Wings of the Archangel" are leaving the biggest impression for me at this point, but every minute of it is great.
As a whole, it seems a bit dirtier than Church of Atrocity and Falling Monuments to my ears. Maybe I need to go back and revisit FM soon, as it didn't grab me as much as previous releases did...

If by "HHB", you mean Hells Headbangers (which is HHR as it says on their logo) the vinyl is in stock there as of now

Didnt listen to this album yet, and hope it stays availible for a while, since i cant buy records right now. This guy makes so much great music he has to have cloned himself.

Now I've listened to it, and it's fucking great. I like the return to the unique, fucked up production style, it fits CB very well. He always manages to set a very alluring mood. Someone said it was the deepest album yet, and I agree. This one also leaves no doubt about it being him on the DSO stuff...

He captures the spirit of early 90s in the most accurate and meaningful way...

I gave the record a couple of spins, read the lyrics and spend some time on the cover.

The riffs give me most of the time nothing, but that´s with most of CB records. The drum sound is too fat on the last two records for my taste, I prefer the thin sound of older records. But as far as I recognized Mikko made less mistakes on his drumming, maybe he doesn´t improvise them anymore!?

Lyrics are interesting, though I don´t get a deeper idea of them except something like "tear all down" and human failures... so something still in line with the old stuff. I´m still encouraged to dig the lyrics for "Memento miri III"

Though not my kind of preferred style, the front cover is indeed something to contemplate paying attention to the close parts of the backside and the backside of the inlay.

However, I gonna trade my record and won´t bother buying new CB-records. I think I got the whole spectrum of lyrical themes...
