He is the best! His classical style seems to predate the tedious cliches we're used to. A GIFT to metal.

Even through my shitty comp speakers this track is still powerful.
I'm hardly impressed by any new release these days, thus stop caring/following certain bands, however this one is definitely on my radar.
I'm sensing some good surprises in the rest of the album as well.
The evil always returns. .

This sounds utterly devastating. This album and the new Grave Upheaval will undoubtedly be the darkest and most pulverising releases of 2013. It seems that having Grave in your name really helps.

Sounds excellent on first listen. Now I will wait for the CD before listening again.

Sounds excellent. Like the production and vocals more than EE immediately, remains to be seen if the music will match that standard but definitely promising.

Track was good, but didn't blow me away. Like most Grave Miasma, this will need more listens

After several listens I dont hear anything "phenomenal" or "monumental" here
And I'm usually one to get easily excited.
Expectations too high?

Very close to the 7" in sound and atmosphere which is good since the 7" IS monumental. But not as good. A little too "progressive" for its own good while tracks on the 7" were more direct, less complex and had a stronger impact IMHO. Some typical great Grave Miasma riffs entangled in short unmemorizable parts.

Vocals are excellent though but apart from a TECHNICAL point of view (the drummer is doing a lot, impressive but a lil bit "too much") I dont see any real "step-up"

Artwork isnt as good as WRATHPRAYER but I'm waiting to see it on a LP format to be sure.

I have little doubt this will be my album of the year.

The track sounds pretty damn good. Definitely one of my favorite current DM acts, and easily one of the best in their style.

I am pretty certain that this track will be better within the context of the album. A lot of Grave Miasma to me, is about the atmosphere they invoke. Surely this album will not disappoint.
