Gonna stick my neck out here, and be the first one to say so far this is not living up to the hype, musically or visually.

I enjoy most of their previous work (especially the demo and Realm of Evoked Doom), but this preview track is pretty unremarkable its solid, but feels a bit directionless; like a string of disparate riffs sewn together. Hope the other songs have a bit more going for them.

Denis Forkas is undeniably a great artist (Wrathpayer cover was brilliant), but this is not doing much for me. Well executed, but a bit dull. Those two large blocks of beige to the left and right pretty much dominate the image and detract from the rest of the detail.

I'm sure this will be a good album, but based on this track alone I can't see it being anything monumental. Waiting for the new Dead Congregation or Disma.

Shocked

This is great!!

And come on.... dismissing this after a track and saying it's not living up to the 'hype' is ridiculous. At least wait for the entire thing to come out. What makes it more funny is stating you'll be waiting for the new Disma instead Laughing Rolling Eyes

Incredible news, and that cover artwork is something to behold. The new track takes me deeper under the pyramids...perfect.

That sample is deadly. Massive production.

Very impressive track. I'm honestly not that big of a fan of Exalted Emanation, but this shows some great progression. One to keep an eye on.

Track was good, but didn't blow me away. Like most Grave Miasma, this will need more listens. Sounds like they've done an amazing job with the recording and production though, will most likely jump on the vinyl when it drops. After all the effort that went in to recording it purely analogue, it would be wasted on a digital format.

Good, but not memorable.

Sounds good. Production and atmosphere reminds me a bit of old Asphyx. Rotten, obscure and sounds like it was recorded in a cave.

Anyway, I think Grave Miasma is one of those bands who you have to listen to the entire album to fully enjoy the experience.

Well said. That artwork is killer...will look massive on vinyl. The song shows a big progression for Grave Miasma, in structure and sound. Continuing to plunge into the depths...
