This is one of the reasons why I almost never wear metal shirts in public and keep all sorts of metal paraphernalia away from me, it attracts retards, newcomers, junkies, dreadlocked scum and other subhuman filth like moths to lamps.

Here are some pictures. I've been rehearsing at his place for a couple of years and that guy never stops to amaze me with his stupidity.

His place looks more decent now than on the pictures I saw haha. No shit on the walls either.

Is he really dead?

The scene needs nutcases like him!

Me being drunk at a shop just chillin' with the homeboys.
Guy comes up to me because I'm wearing a Burzum T-shirt and says to me: "I like Burzum and I dig that you wearing this T-shirt, he did a lot for our cause."
Me: "What cause was that?"
Guy: "Ah, you know..."
Me: "Okay."

I usually avoid these sorts of random metal interactions at all costs and avoid "looking metal" but one time a few years back I was outside the space where my band practices and I had a few too many beers and a dude in his 20's walked by in a Katharsis shirt. I yelled "fuck yeah bro Katharsis rules!" and he looked me over, glared, sped up his pace and kept walking.

I guess I failed the "true metal" litmus test and am nothing more than a worthless Pitchfork hipster....

I had a similar one a while back when out drinking with a mate, and some hipster came up to us saying: "I like black metal too." We twigged instantly and said: "Oh! Burzum?" "Yeah mate! I'm not into the politics though!" "Wolves in the Throne Room?" "Totally!" "Fuck off." We actually felt quite bad after because he had the expression of a kicked puppy on his face as he scuttled off.
