1993 I turned 15, and sent the first patch of interviews for Shadow Dancing zine. When it comes to recieving answers, it was like 2 out of 10 heh.

What about one KILLER album: "Under a funeral Moon". Goddammit, I remember when I heard it in April 1993 first. I was sold immediately.

BM was a lot different back then for sure and the early 90's was a killer time to be a part of the BM/DM movement. I have a lot of great memories from those times! That feeling will never be the same!
Back then I never thought BM would reach the level it has today.

Absolutely !!! I can't say better ! There was a unique and very obscure atmosphere ... With all those dirty flyers , demo trade at the end of gigs with a beer pack at our foot . Everything was so sincere , you hadn't to proove anything back then . If you were into satanism and osbcure extreme metal of death you were serious ... It's not the same anymore . though I think bands / individuals and what they do are able to broadcast a dark atmosphere even now .

Bullshit! In most cases the "true ones" wimped out in a matter of months or years claiming this or that genre or sub-genre was dead or "not what it used to be". Apparently it died around the same time they had to fend for themselves, it seems, and their parents threw them out of their basement.

Exactly... Where are all those once sincere satanists now? Think about the so much admired by many of you holocausto from beherit for example, or posers like Varg or Samoth...

Apparently Holocausto still listens to black metal and was seen at the Nunslaughter gigs in Finland. He may have stopped MAKING metal music, however that doesn't necessarily mean that he automatically stopped LISTENING to it.

you've misunderstood . Can somebdy be a serious Satanist just for a moment ? Have I mentioned the fact those guys i'm talking about are always as extreme ? i've just said BACK in the 90's , people i knew were serious compared to the fucking amount of poser everybody can face nowadays . What I've said is there were a very few people ( at least less than now ) who were into this kind of music and his lifestyle .
And i still know some serious people who were here in the 90's .
I've just said people were more serious before .

So no , it's not bullshit sorry .

Varg is in the Cell thinking about a Black metal Album and
Samoth plays in 6 Millions different Bands already...

But what have that to do with Satanism?
Black Metal is no real Satanism, is just Show to impress and
Rebell against others. If you wanna have Esoteric Satanism
you must go and look far in other districts Laughing

A Year or 10 Years, what makes the difference Laughing

By the Way he spottet on the Metal behavour to act like
Monkeys and after all the time i see no argument that
he is wrong...

One look at Wacken or such and all see that the eiltist dream
about Black Metal is gone in the Wind

Varg complained about metalheads in the early 90s as well apparently. Didn't he go to disco clubs anyway?
