I'm just sticking with frontmen I've seen in person, no real order :

Dagon - Inquisition
Wilderness Perversion - Mortuary Drape
Arioch/Mortuus - Marduk/Funeral Mist
The Black Lourde - GBK
MKM - Antaeus / Aosoth
Marcus Kolar -Kommandant
Attila - Mayhem

I'm not going to list bands I've never seen live, but the best I've seen were definitely Dagon/Inquisition and Mortuus/Marduk, at the same show just recently, no less. If we count videos, I'd say the best I ever saw were King Diamond and Dead.

Also, QUORTHON? Really? Laughing

Yes, he was fantastic in Forrest of Impaled too ! Don't know if you've seen him with Kommandant , but he has only improved with age. Here's a decent video (especially impressive around the 5 minute mark and onwards) . Great stage presence and command of the action .

Sure!

I don't know about the topic of this thread ... the best "frontmen" in what? Voice, aura, guitarskills etc.

There a lot of great musicians out there which have the black flame inside.

They had a falling out of some sort with Nick (previous vocalist), who was indeed great up there... but they are much better now with Marcus.

The FRONTMAN of a band. This isn't a difficult concept.
