A band that pretty much has a solid discography. I like all the full-length albums.

HELL INJECTION all the way... great mix of Blasphemy/Sadistik Exekution filth chaos and Incantation.

Then it got a bit boring with Filth Catalyst and Perdition Insanabilis had some of the shittiest drum sounds ever... lost track after that.

Huge fan of Arkhon. I think their best stuff is Perdition/Orthodoxyn era, I listen those regularly.

Yes, Hell Injection is fantastic. Storm/Hellblaster drumwork is a highlight (that's a pity the man has quit metal and now produces movies). And also that lines from Dead Cunt Maniac (... the Antichrist is on Earth and you are in his way... Uh? FUCK!)

Perdition Insanabilis is also great, though a shift in lyrics (from Satan and whores to theological themes) doesn't do a justice

I only have the last two at this point, going to get Hell Injection and Filth Catalyst from redstream when I have the money.

Well, thanks for your contribution! Why did you even bother? I mean it was a very insightful comment but...

De nada, I know, a very useful comment Laughing, next time I 'll write something like Meh, - 1 or Rolling Eyes
Sorry for the annoyance.
Seriously, i didn't like the band presence on stage, it ruined the music, didn't manage to get into it, that's all.

edit: I just read the thread, and in fact the other comments are also very insightful... Anyway time for breakfast and Melrose Place replay .

Going to chime in for Filth Catalyst. But it's all solid.

Perdition Insanabilis is a fucking TORRENT and has been a regular on my turntable since I bought it (hard to believe that an album limited to 500 vinyl still has'n't sold out from it's label!?!).

Sorry to see this band on hiatus (perhaps permanently?) however, Orthodoxyn and Perdition... are two of the BEST black/death album of all time. I love everything they have done, but only regularly spin the split with Revenge and onward. Killer band. Certainly set a precedent for extreme music and French BM/DM from then on!

Too good to be appreciated, sadly.

Apparently, huh? Was expecting more appreciation for these two albums, completely unique, twisted, wicked death/black metal in its purest evil form.

That's Beatrice Manowski in Jörg Buttgereit's Nekromantik (1987)

Wasn't it pressed by Osmose? If so it's certainly sold out and almost certainly more than 500 copies
