I've considered getting rid of my Napalm Death albums because I can't stand the super gay shit they sing about, but Utopia Banished and Harmony Corruption are still decent enough records musicwise.

| There's a certain style of pseudo-tough guy yet gay and over the top metal that is just dumb, in my opinion. It's more of a presence than a style, though it tends to be associated with heavy metal. Iron Maiden comes to mind. So does Megadeth. I know I'm outing myself pretty hardcore here but I think those bands are so fucking gay. I don't care how many metalheads tell me that I can't like metal and not like Maiden or Megadeth. But there it is. |

Don't avoid completely, but Arghoslent is the closest thing, I do listen to them, but I find it a guilty pleassure. Burzum i dont like at all, so I wouldnt listen to his crap even if he wasnt nazi.
I Avoid all christian metal, even the good stuff such as paramaecium.

About Krallice, I like this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=keNiFyBJtUw and saw them open for Inquisition before I had any idea who they were. They fit into that "scene" but I've never seen them say anything stupid like the two other bands you mentioned, nor have I ever felt they were preoccupied w/ defining black metal. |

| Why would I give a fuck, as long as the political/religious themes aren't shamelessly incorporated into music? Holy shit, it's not like I'm participating in a political discussion with the musician when I listen to the album. The idea of denouncing someone's music because he wrote some shit on his blog or done in real life is so Absurd (sorry) that I don't know where to begin with. |
