I should have sent 150 packages in pizza boxes in the past, had ONE problem, one corner bent shipped to Australia. Had to replace it then.
Still that was the bell toll for my use of pizza boxes.
Never tried to use a kebab box for CD shipping. any good ? _________________

Not sure I got this right, did the addressee actually ask you to replace the lp because of one bent corner? _________________ Thread derailed

Interested in trading a dub of Apokalypsimz for a dub of Purpurearagotamiceps?
I want that Balwezo Westijiz–Urkraftens Mystik LP but wanted to get it with the Bekëth Nexëhmü |

I never thought I would say this, but I completely agree with you. If theyre cheap and strong then why not? |

That´s the lamest package I've received...
Have you fellas ever received shitty beyond belief packages like that? |
Don't you have better things in life to be worried about? You are pathetic, pizza box is a good and safe option to pack when people is out of proper mailers and need to ship something out faster, got many packages like that thru the years and had shipped that way too, deal with it and grow the fuck up. |

| I bought two Mistreater records a while back and the dude literally sent them in a XL pizza box with zero padding. The records somehow were not destroyed. I was so pissed at first though considering those records are WAY out of print. |

Pizza and records just go together like cookies and milk. Great combo plus your records will smell delicious. _________________

THIS! I have had similar experiences. Earache (US) has mailed me LPs in the past inside a bubble mailer and nothing else.
|
I received my "Realm of Chaos" LP in a bubble mailer. The two selfmade stiffeners inside didn't help anyway.
My last order from Earache (UK).
I bought a NM copy of "Screaming for Vengeance" and it was shipped inside a wine carton without any further packaging.
When I got it it was no more near mint. _________________ Ambient = glorified elevator music |

(unused) pizza boxes are excellent for packing vinyl, who cares if it's got "Pappa Pizzanelli" on the front with green, white and red? It's not like you're collecting packaging. I miss living up the road from a pizza joint as whenever I needed to ship a record I would go up the street and get a pizza and a spare pizza box (the guys who work there are champs). _________________ Ignivomous merch: abaddon_963[at]hotmail.com
