How to kvlt in Baltic Northern Germany

I am planning my summer holiday to Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany.
Highlight will be visiting Prora KdF Resort. Any recommended shops other than Saturn, Media Markt, Thor Steinar ? I will be staying in Rostock and travelling to cities and towns in the area. Thanks.

shall be worth to visit Lübeck perhaps besides Wismar & Stralsund (http://www.wismar-stralsund.de/en) for some cultural stuff...

There is an Open Air with a decent lineup on 17-18 August in Barth. Lübeck is indeed worth checking out, lots of old buildings and many churches to burn Very Happy

The already mentioned record store there sucks, at least when it comes to black/death metal. Its been a while I was there though.
