Actually now that I listen a little more, it kind of reminds me of Vomitor's "Megalomaniac" but a bit slower. Vomitor could do a good cover of that. _________________

We worked on it for a band I'm in, actually, but it never went anywhere beyond jamming. |

Had to listen For Whom the Bell Tolls and Call of Ktulu as 33 rips too. Fucking great. _________________

Hellvetron album is even more disgusting at this speed as is 'Blood Upon the Altar'. The Cramps 'Smell of Female', too, works wonders at this speed as does any high quality dark and ominous drum and bass.
I recall that as a kid, once 'Scum' came out, a friend of mine had 'Reign in Blood' taped at 45 to try and match the speed and intensity of that album. Needless to say it was a stupid idea fit for a cunt. _________________

Cunts, I recommend you play Holy Hell - Kill Jesus lp at 33 rpm, it sounds like the devil himself commanding you to commit evilities. _________________ "By all evidence we are in the world to do nothing."

| Elizium is 33 but sounds even more hypnotic when slowed down a bit with other methods. Highly recommended! |

Something of interest: Hellhammer were inspired by playing Venom at slow speed 33 rpm. Maybe some fukkers could play their lp's slow and come up with original musick? _________________ "By all evidence we are in the world to do nothing."

Doesn't exactly work, now that sludge exists. |

Yes, but I think there can be different perspectives and approaches, one can find inspiration from the smallest of things, and come up with a different approach. _________________ "By all evidence we are in the world to do nothing."

Blood Upon the Altar is WICKED at 33 indeed
My all time fav though is URFAUST's II album at 33... The classical parts are gloomy beyond belief.
ANY Urfaust fan should try it _________________ DISJECTA MEMBRAE plays Vomitive Doom

For Whom The Bell Tolls at 33 makes Hetfield sound like Peter Steele...! Heavy as fuck. _________________

| Urfaust's "Der König In Thule" from their split w/ Celestial Bloodshed sounds excellent on 33 rpm. Ultra-Doom! |
