Edit: Listening to Beyond now. This sounds like a hornier, more excited version of Excoriate. I like it! |

Beyond crushes. The demo is somewhat tougher to find now but the 7" is fantastic and should be fairly easy to find.

"On Pestilent Winds" is ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH the album. Total ripper from start to finish. Will definitely be checking out Beyond if it's anything similar.

Ripper is the right word for it. Beyond does sound like Excoriate, but in my opinion there will never be another putrid metal album like On Pestilent Winds. ....those twisted Martin Van Drunen meets Jeff Becerra and a cunt hair of John Tardy vocals are hard to match. |

Yeah, I fucking adore those insane bellowing howls from the crypts!
Really amazing album, and "putrid" describes it well haha!
I guess it's a little too late to find any shirts/merch around so easily?

Thanks, good to see. I had been under the impression SVR didn't do single customer orders (only wholesale/label trades), but that's obviously not the case now. Cheers.

| I tried to listen to Excoriate's album many times, but can't say I really got into it. What these guys are doing in Venenum is far superior, imo. |
