OLD MAN's CHILD (Nor) Born of the Flickering Official DLP coming from the CRYPT

The Crypt is proud to present for the first time ever on proper black stand alone vinyl, the debut studio album by Norwegian extreme metal band Old Man's Child - Born of the Flickering. This will be the first time the album is presented on vinyl with the original Hot Records artwork. We are currently working with Tjodalv to gather materials necessary to make this the ultimate presentation of the Norse black metal gem!

This long overdue release will be presented in a sturdy 350 gram gatefold jacket featuring the original cover artwork, unpublished band photos, lyrics and new liner notes! Limited to 500 copies, 200 on classic black wax and 300 on colored wax.

More news to come...

Fuck yes. This so long overdue. Total support, I expect nothing but the best! Kinda do wish you were still doing boxes for this particular release though... Sad Wink

The boxes kill in postage and cost way too much unfortunately, but the DLP will be sweet, I guarantee! Very Happy

Good enough Smile

I think including the MCD and Requiem would make it as 3LP. But as said, hopefully that MCD and Requiem-demo comes later in some form.

From what I remember, The REQUIEM demo is kind of crap quality isn't it?

You shouldnt have bothered, its was fucking boring back then so i doubt its,
got any better.

Has it really got to this? People want to buy turds from 'back in the day' that where actually still a bit late to the party of good bands? What next Godkiller re pressing.......oh wait yes, things already got this tedious.

I haven't even heard it, but if the MCD was recorded 1994 and Requiem 1993, there's so little time-difference that I'm interested anyway.

Seriously, why you keep whining on every topic you post? If you don't like the bands posted on here, why you bother to comment on them or on this board overall?

Yeah, well, you know... that's just your opinion man.

Super fucking stoked for this! I didn't want to buy the Old Man's Child boxset just for this album so this is definitely welcome news!

MCD was pro recorded, Requiem demo is a 4 track recording. Big difference in sound quality
