Pretty simple thread.
http://youtu.be/eaI6si_4VV4
I was listening to Technical Ecstasy on my way home from work this morning, and "Rock N Roll Doctor" came on. It actually made me feel angry, and I immediately pushed fast forward in disgust. I can't think of a better example of what I'm talking about here than this- even "Changes", which almost ruins Vol 4 for me, doesn't elicit the violent response that "Rock N Roll Doctor" does for me.
So? |

@ eightplague:
Ever heard "It's alright", the song where Bill Ward sings? That Love-Boat-gayness should make you cringe as well. |

Of course. Even that doesn't compare to the shitfest that is Rock N Roll Doctor, however. Nothing does. |

| I used to think Teacher's Pet fit this sort of thing, but as I've gotten older I've found myself really appreciating how mindlessly stupid it is. It's brilliant. |

i could never feel comfortable not loving that song even if it doesnt really fit with the rest of the album
its kind of like "escape" off ride the lightning...doesnt really fit and yet somehow still ruling in its own cheesy way |

Witchfinder General's "Music".
And not a totally horrible song, but I always thought "Feeling Free Again" ruined Manilla Road's "Crystal Logic". |

Not sure I understand the point of this thread actually. Pretty much every great band around has at least a couple of horrible songs, cant think of one that doesn't. Old Maiden had Gangland, Priest had that whole album Turbo , old Slayer Read between the lies etc..are there bands with 100% totally flawless repertoires? I doubt it. _________________ Permabanned |

I think even the most devoted Priest fans will admit that Turbo isn't exatly the band's ultimate masterpiece. What isn't clear about it? _________________ Permabanned |
