I seriously cannot get enough of this band's second album. The first was great enough, but the second one is more murky, atmospheric, filthy, disharmonic and churning. It reminds me of PORTAL or MITOCHONDRION. One of the most impressive new bands in years and something which doesn't deserve to go unappreciated.

Both of their albums are self-released. However, all things going well, We should be issuing a tape edition of Novit Enim Dominus Qui Sunt Eius at some point soon later this year.... _________________

Couldn't agree more. I've been playing this in my car and iPod almost nonstop lately. As much as I like Denouement, this blows it out of the water IMHO. |

This is great. Anyone know if the members are in/have been in any other bands? I'd be surprised if something like this was the work of newcomers...sounds like the culmination of what every band north of Birmingham was trying to do about 10 years ago. |

Just realized they released an album in 2012 also. _________________ "Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair or fucking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back." |

This is VERY similar to Portal and Mitochondrion - to the point of being a blatant rip-off - but, dare I say this might actually be better. This has something about it that makes me want to go back and hear again. I feel this is lacking to some extent in the aforementioned bands. One to watch for sure. Anyone have any more info on the members? |

Unless they've stolen their riffs, this makes no sense. Do people on this forum want original music or do they want solid, dark, crushing black/death metal? The two very rarely overlap.

Personally, I don't care at all, since the music is all the counts, but I can see why people might be interested. When a number of bands of a certain type pop up, then knowing the background of the people involved can be relevant to see if there's any bandwagon jumping involved. |
