| I might have to do just that. I was wondering if anybody on here has been in that situation and would want to share their story. It's purely for financial reasons of course. I'm feeling pretty sad about it and still hoping I won't have to but I'm pretty sure I do. |

You should get a job instead. Jobs are easier to find than records.

Are you really selling everything you own? Sucks you have to do that.
Were you selling some of your stuff inside the "venue" on Saturday at that merch table? I didn't take a look.

I had two jobs and I got laid off from both. Jobs aren't easy to find. I have applied to some very embarrassing places and not gotten a call back. Many places are simply not hiring at all. If you seriously know of somewhere then I would be totally willing to work there.
This is my last resort it's not something I want to do. What's the point of having a bunch of music if I'm starving and homeless? |

It really does suck major ass dude. I had to clear out on all of my obscure releases for money on ebay a couple years back. I still haven't recovered from selling my Emperor s/t mLP and my Dawn of the Black Hearts LP (the gold foil version).
A job definitely helps. |

what payment are you looking for? At least it is quite easy to find a job here for packing up and sorting stuff in warehouses which requires next to nothing (except a forklift license in few cases)

| I sold a big part of my collection five years ago and bought an apartment here in Stockholm. Then I bought back most of the essential stuff. But most of the stuff I did not really need back. Once you sell most of the stuff you never listen to you don't really care anymore. In my case at least. |
