I guess you heard of Holocausto or Dorsal Atlantica from Brazil. Respective first album of both bands are mandatory for you too.
Also Mortuorio from Peru if you're ok with very raw prod (the songs are killer but the sound is harsh). Camara de Torturas is a killer release.
Anal Vomit (Demoniac Flagellations + From Peruvian Hell).
I could also quote Necrovore but I also guess you already heard of them. The demo was so many times bootlegged it's almost impossible to miss it. haha.

Also, the two demos from the french band Mutilated are killer : Psychodeath Lunatics especially, the first one, fits your expectation.

Yes, definately reissue-worthy. Who knows, maybe that one label that is in cooperation with Cogumelo will do it sometimes.

I asked this very question in the thread about the Sarcofago re-issues and he said it was on a list of things he wants to reissue, but that Cogumelo makes the final call (or something real similar to that).
