You could even wear this on the streets in Germany, I'd say. There's nothing illegal about this design per se. Perhaps the quotations could be deemed to be "glorification of National Socialism" (punishable with up to 5 yrs behind bars) but then again, it's written in English. Not so long ago, the "Bundesgerichtshof" (Criminal High Court) in Germany has ruled that "Hail Victory!" does not constitute a crime, because it is not the same as "Sieg Heil!". Of course, it is the same parole only translated to English... but still, "NS-paroles" must be in German or else they can't be punished at all.
Gotta love it, eh?!
