Ok but is that enough to call a release "a bootleg" by their standards? Seller specified it's "a reissue" and technically that's what it is and what the buyer agreed on buying. Of course Ebay always sides with buyers but in the case being I don't see what the seller did wrong.

No, it's not "technically" a reissue. It's an unofficial re-press of an album, which is a bootleg. Lots of ebay auctions of similar merchandise have been shut down in the past, like the old Pagan Altar bootlegs.

Bollocks. Deathcrush illegal reissues get sold all the time, sometimes even for huge money and no one gives a shit, same goes for all live boots out there. Stop being jealous because wolfram got in three days the amount of $$$ you probably earn in a month flipping burgers at the local fast food.

None of that has anything to do with what I said. I was making statements of fact, not expressing my opinions. And bootlegs getting sold on ebay does not mean that ebay doesn't have policies against bootlegs. It's just that when it comes to obscure corners of obscure genres of music that nobody in the real world gives a shit about, they don't know what's a bootleg unless it's pointed out, with verification.

As for the rest, NK7 is very right. I'd go mad if I had some random guy put his nose into MY OWN FUCKING BUSINESS. Sure it's a bootleg, and sure the buyer is a gullible cunt, so what? In which way does it concern you? On a smaller scale, you guys behave just like the eBay antifa squad, same methods, same mentality, same self-righteousness feeling.
Are you guys on a mission for all that is bad in metal? Fine then, go report EVERY SINGLE BOOTLEG on eBay, not just these ones, what's you problem with those or Wolfram?

I think you are exaggerating. It's everyone's right to complain about something, supposedly his arguments are solid enough. If I don't like bootlegs, I can complain about bootlegs, no? I do believe reporting it to ebay is a dick move, but I don't see anything wrong with most points expressed.
In the case you fellas have no prob though, you shouldn't really complain records don't sell these days. : P You can't have everything...

If someone came up and released an Iron tyrant bootleg (it happened once mind you) it would be my own problem. I would be absolutely flabbergasted if I saw the entire underground community raise a finger in my defense, of course it never happened. It's just a matter of visibility. And yes, of course, it's a dick move, that's precisely my point.
