I've probably ordered 20+ times from them in the last couple years alone, moreso when I had more income. Never had a package take longer than 2 weeks to get to the USA. Killer distro.

Avoid! Ordered a Taake lp there a couple of years ago. It came with the lp pushed through all three sides of the sleeve, and they didn't refund the exchange money (I sent a banknote instead of coins, as this is common procedure when sending cash in the mail).

I ordered five LPs from these guys last year, and the all came crammed in one small LP mailer. No crushed corners, but everything was very flat, to the point where it seemed damaged. This was for a few Ulver reissues and three Demoncy LPs.
Then ordered three "rare"/older long sold out Xasthur records and the package arrived with covers for all three records extremely damaged.
The issue wasn't with the post, it was with PT packing their records far too tightly.

| I've ordered 5-6 times from them and never had any real problem. One time they sent the wrong album but I got it replaced promptly and without any problems. Sure, they aren't the best when it comes to packing the records but it has never been as bad as some of you've stated (never had anything else than small bumbs on the corners of the covers) |

Order a lot, great postal speed. Bad customer service though. Packaging is pretty bad (those euro LP mailers that are flimsy as fuck). But amazing prices so I guess we can't really complain...
